  Leslie Hagerich is the founder and CEO of Leader’s Edge Coaching. She is a multi-talented, creative visionary, and cultivator of human potential and empowerment. Leslie has an insatiable curiosity about the nature and purpose of life, she loves to learn, and is an avid reader. It was this curiosity combined with her prior work in training and development that inspired Leslie’s quest into the realm of social-emotional intelligence, and finally, to the creation of Leader’s Edge Coaching, LLC. 

Leslie is an Author, Photographer and Entrepreneur.  Her prior businesses include: Leslie’s Photo-Graphics and A-PLUS Education Center, LLC. Leslie has also managed businesses for other business owners. In addition to her business leadership roles, Leslie’s 30+ year career history also includes experience Directing Education and Training Programs, Managing Marketing & Community Relations, and Marketing Communications for an International Company.
